“Challenges oblige us to be smart and educated” - Karen Karapetyan hands in scholarship certificates

The Armenia Youth Foundation (AYF) provided 745 university students with tuition reimbursement certificates. Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan handed today the certificates to the students.
