Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan sent a condolence cable to Russian Premier Dmitry Medvedev, which reads as follows: “With deep sorrow I learned of the tragic news of the crash of Kogalimavia’s Sharm el-Sheikh - Saint Petersburg flight that claimed hundreds of human lives. Armenia Improves Position in World Bank’s Doing Business 2016 Report
