By decision of RA Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan, Mr. Hovannes Sahakyan has been appointed Vice President of RA State Social Insurance Fund. Biographical Note Mr. Hovannes Sahakyan was born in 1977 in the town of Spitak. In 1999, he graduated from the Law Department of the YSU.
