By decision of RA Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan, Mr. Hovannes Sahakyan has been appointed Vice President of RA State Social Insurance Fund.
Biographical Note
Mr. Hovannes Sahakyan was born in 1977 in the town of Spitak.
In 1999, he graduated from the Law Department of the YSU.
In 2001-2004, he worked as chief expert at the Legislation Unit of RA Ministry for Nature Protection Regulatory-Methodical Department.
In 2004-2005, he was Assistant to the Head of State Tax Service by the Government.
In 2005-2006, he worked as Head of Control and Monitoring Department of RA State Social Insurance Fund.
In 2006, he was elected to the post of Chairman of Trade Union of RA State Social Insurance Fund.
He is married and has one child. Mr. Sahakyan is a member of the RPA.
