On November 19, accompanied by Healthcare Minister Arsen Torosyan, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan visited Izmirlian and Kanaker-Zeytun medical centers to inspect the treatment and rehabilitation of soldiers wounded in the defense of Artsakh. Mher Grigoryan meets with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kopyrkin

Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan today met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin. The Deputy Prime Minister thanked the Ambassador for the efforts exerted by Russian’s leadership and personally by President Vladimir Putin in establishing a ceasefire in Artsakh.
