In accordance with a decree signed by Prime Minister A. Margaryan, Mr. Aram Kocharyan was released from the post of Deputy Governor of Lori Marz and, in compliance with another decree by the Prime Minister, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Social Insurance Fund. By Prime Minister's decision, Mr. Samvel Gulbekyan was appointed as Deputy Governor of Lori Marz.
