Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan today received Alkis Drakinos, Regional Head of the Caucasus for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and George Akhalkatsi, Head of the EBRD Office in Armenia, on the occasion of the end of their terms of office.
