Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and VivaCell-MTS

On December 25, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Office of the RA Deputy Prime Minister and VivaCell-MTS. E-Justice Committee Holds Meeting
