Education

1990-1999- studied in Yerevan’s N 195 secondary school.
1999-2003-studied in Yerevan state university’s faculty of Romance and Germanic philology getting a bachelor’s degree. Later, from 2003 to 2005 studied masters in the same faculty.
In 2014 got a degree of candidate of philological sciences.
In summer, 2015 took a certified study course within the framework of America’s Tufts university’s Fletcher summer school.

Work experience
2005-2019 - Lecturer in Russian-Armenian university.
2014 – 2018 - Worked on a contractual basis at the Yerevan office of the German Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
2016-2018 - Worked on a contractual basis at the Yerevan office of the US Peace Corps.
February-May 2018 - Head of the Russian-Armenian university’s department of international cooperation.
2018-2019 - Minister of Culture of Armenia
2021-2025 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the United States of America
From August 29, 2025 - Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia
