UK Government Communication Service Experts Share Know-How With Press Secretaries of Armenian Government Agencies









In accordance with the agreement reached between RA Prime Minister’s Press Secretary Vladimir Karapetyan and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Armenia Mrs. Judith Margareth Farnworth, the UK Government Communication Service experts met with the press secretaries of Armenian government agencies in the Office of Government. The meeting was titled “Presentation of the UK Government Communication Service’s activities and experience in working with partner countries’ governments.”

During the meeting, the experts introduced the UK government’s approaches and experience in the field of strategic communications, and then cited several examples of their application. Also, presented were instances of cooperation and communication between the Government of Great Britain and the governments of partner countries. During the meeting, the experts answered questions of interest to press secretaries.

Prior to the beginning of the seminar, RA Prime Minister’s Press Secretary Vladimir Karapetyan met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Armenia Mrs. Judith Margareth and the members of the delegation. Issues of further cooperation in the field of information were discussed during the meeting.
