Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan Extends Condolences to Egyptian Prime Minister Sherif Ismail

Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan sent a telegram of condolences to Prime Minister of Egypt Sherif Ismail in connection with the killing of dozens of Christian pilgrims by terrorists in the province of Al Minya. The telegram reads in part:

“The latest terrorist act, which targeted again the Coptic Christians, shocked all of us with its immense brutality. We severely condemn this appalling crime, which claimed the lives of dozens of innocent people, and express our sympathy to the friendly people of Egypt. Asking you to give my deepest condolences to the families of the deceased, I wish the injured a speedy recovery.”
