Republic of Armenia Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan held a consultative meeting on preparation and realization of the program of action for the celebrations of the 15th anniversary of Armenia's independence. The meeting was attended by RA Minister of Finance and Economy and RA Minister of Education and Science, Adviser to RA President, First Deputy Minister of Defense, Chief of Army Headquarters, Mayor of Yerevan, President of National Academy of Sciences, deputy ministers of territorial administration, trade and economic development, foreign affairs, culture and youth affairs, Deputy Head of State Committee on Physical Culture and Sport by the Government, Executive Director of Armenpress News Agency, the heads of concerned departments of the Government Staff.
The meeting reviewed over 80 measures implemented so far in the frameworks of over 80 actions under the program of anniversary celebrations, including "One Nation, One Culture" second pan-Armenian festival held on June 23-30, "Golden Apricot" international film festival held on July 10-15, Football Hope Cup which started on April 1, national sports festival in process as of May, international
