By Prime Minister A. Margaryan's decision, in order to proceed to the budgeting process, a time-table has been developed for the design and approval of the 2006-2008 medium-term public spendings program in accordance with the RA law on the budgetary system. The RA Minister of Finance and Economy was commissioned to submit by July 1, 2005 for Prime Minister's approval the time-table of activities in relation to the drafting of FY 2006 RA State Budget.
Also, by Prime Minister's decision, the composition of the standing supreme council for the design of medium-term public spendings program has been approved with the Prime Minister as chairman of the council and the Minister of Finance and Economy as deputy chairman. The council includes the RA Minister for Coordination of Territorial Administration and Industrial Infrastructure, the Chairman of the CBA, the public health care, labor and social affairs, education and science, defence ministers, the head of the state tax service under the government, the chairman of the state customs committee, as well as
