The Government of the Republic of Armenia

Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan received a delegation of winegrowers from Kaghtsrashen community of Ararat Marz who had been staging a protest action in front of the Government Building.

The Prime Minister listened to the farmers’ concerns which bore on continued deferment of payments for grapes harvested by Vinar Company. Following the discussion, the Director of Vinar Co assured that he would honor the financial obligations assumed before the winegrowers as shortly as possible.

The farmers in attendance thanked Hovik Abrahamyan for audience and thoughtfulness of their problems.
