Prime Minister-chaired 2016 draft State budget discussions kick off in Government










Chaired by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, the Government proceeded today to the discussions of the preliminary draft of the State budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2016.

On September 16, the heads of the Ministry for International Economic Integration and Reforms, Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Diaspora, Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Nature Protection, Ministry of Urban Development, Constitutional Court, Investigations Committee, Special Investigation Service, Office of Human Rights Defender, Judicial Department came up with proposals and recommendations on the draft text of the draft of RA Law “On 2016 State Budget of the Republic of Armenia.”

In accordance with the prescribed procedure, the Prime Minister will hold discussion with all public agencies and government departments on the preliminary version of the State budget in order to finalize the draft State budget and submit it to the National Assembly.
