On Knowledge Day, PM Visits Secondary School N155 in Yerevan










On the occasion of Knowledge Day and the beginning of the new academic year, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan visited secondary school N155 after Levon Mirijanyan. The Prime Minister attended a festive ceremony staged by the first-graders. The Head of Government congratulated the pupils, teachers and parents on Knowledge and Schooling Day, wishing them new achievements and every success.

Hovik Abrahamyan noted that this is an especially significant day for the first graders, since September 1 ushers in a new stage in their lives. The Premier advised that in order to make it a more memorable day, Cabinet members and government officials will be visiting educational institutions today.

Stressing the importance of properly educating future generations, Hovik Abrahamyan expressed confidence that the relevant authorities will do their best to achieve this goal.

“Knowledge is the future of our country and people. We must do everything to provide high-quality education,” the Premier said.

In conclusion, the Prime Minister toured the school, visited the classrooms talking to the teachers, pupils and parents.
