Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan received representatives of Yeghnik and Shgharshik communities in Aragatsotn Marz. The meeting was attended by Marz Governor Sargis Sahakyan and Ministry of Territorial Administration-affiliated State Water Committee Head Vahe Hakobyan.

The Premier was introduced to the water supply-related problems faced by the aforementioned communities, the representatives of which suggested setting up a commission to look into the matter.

After summarizing the farmers’ proposals, the head of government issued an instruction to establish a relevant commission to study the actual demand for drinking water and report back the findings.
