Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan’s Congratulatory Message on Armenian Jeweler’s Day
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I warmly welcome and congratulate all jewelers on their professional holiday – the Day of the Armenian Jeweler.
In Armenia, jewelry was well developed back in the distant past. The works of Armenian jewelers has always been respected not only in Armenia but also abroad. This is largely promoted by the activities of Diaspora jewelers who, drawing upon their national origins, make an invaluable contribution to the international recognition of the Armenian jewelry.
I am pleased to note that the works of Armenian jewelers are honorably represented in foreign markets, becoming more and more recognizable. Their highly artistic products point to the high level of skill and mastery of Armenian jewelers.
The Government of Armenia in the framework of the program of action through the use of instruments of state support and in close cooperation with the private sector is taking practical steps towards the creation of more favorable conditions for the development of the sphere, the sphere of proper presentation of products in foreign markets. This, in turn, will contribute to the strategy of turning Armenia into a node of the global Armenian jewelry.
Reiterating my congratulations on your professional holiday, I wish you inexhaustible energy and new creative achievements.
