PM Welcomes Delegation from Vinci Group French Construction Company
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan received a delegation led by Regional Operations Director of Vinci Group French construction company Jean-Luc Brial. The meeting was also attended by a representative of Armenian origin Roger Ter-Mesropyan.
The sides discussed prospects of cooperation and possible implementation of specific programs in the field of civil engineering (construction and rehabilitation of drinking water treatment plants, construction or rehabilitation of irrigation systems).
Jean-Luc Brial introduced his company’s activities, noting that the organization implements French Reserve for Developing Countries-funded programs in different countries. Mr. Brial informed that 83 such programs have been completed to a total cost of 3.5 billion euros in over 20 developing countries since 2000.
Welcoming the delegation’s visit, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, Hovik Abrahamyan expressed readiness to cooperate effectively with the company.
