Prime Minister Gets Acquainted With Youth Organizations’ Activities

Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan attended a youth organizations’ expo-conference, entitled “View on the Future” at the Government’s Conference Hall, which was organized by the Youth Foundation of Armenia.

Over 60 youth organizations from both Yerevan and marzes are represented with separate pavilions at the expo-conference, which is being held within the framework of the events dedicated to the World Youth Day and the International Students Day.

Accompanied by President of Youth Foundation of Armenia Karen Avagyan, the Premier toured the pavilions getting acquainted with the organizations’ programs and activities. Attaching importance to their activities, Tigran Sargsyan highly appreciated “Salvation” NGO’s contribution to children from vulnerable households.

During the three-day exhibition-conference, the representatives of youth organizations will organize different discussions, at which they will raise awareness about the ongoing activities. They will promote cooperation between youth and student organizations, as well as between State and international organizations.

An informative booklet about the participants will be published after the exhibition-conference; a declaration on the issues facing Armenian youth will also be adopted.
