Government Implements Healthcare Development Programs
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan attended the opening of Men’s Health 8th International Congress in the Aram Khachaturyan Philharmonic Concert Hall.
Welcoming the participants, the Prime Minister said, “We are honored to host the Congress in Yerevan, which is supported by the governments of Armenia and Russia. Health is a primary concern to my government, and we are implementing a number of large projects in a bid to make of Armenia a leading country in this area. This means that your cooperation will help us build on our comparative advantages, intellectual and scientific potential in order to determine what investments we can make to streamline the healthcare sector in Armenia.”
Tigran Sargsyan expressed confidence that the forum will help strengthen ties between healthcare professionals and outline new development areas.
The congress is attended by 1,500 specialists from CIS countries, Hungary, Czech Republic, Spain, Germany and other countries.
