Vladimir Putin Congratulates Tigran Sargsyan On Armenia Independence Day

RF Prime Minister Vladimir Putin addressed a congratulatory message to Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan on the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence. The message reads as follows:

“Dear Tigran Sargsyan, please accept my heartfelt congratulations on the 20th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia.

Propped up by a centuries-long friendship and spiritual affinities, our bilateral relations are experiencing positive developments.

We can boast significant achievements in trade and economy, investments, research and engineering, transport and cultural ties. The ongoing constructive cooperation is on the upgrade within the CIS, CSTO and other multilateral formats.

I am confident that the further development of Armenia-Russia partnership is in the best interest of our two peoples contributing to stability and enhanced security in South Caucasus.

Dear Tigran Sureni, I wish robust health, happiness and every success to you, as well as welfare and prosperity to Armenian citizens.”
