Governing Council Holds Meeting





The north-south road corridor and sustainable urban development investment programs governing council met at Government, chaired by council head, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan.

The council looked at the preliminary version of project management and institutional capacity building consultant’s terms of reference, designed under the loan agreement for Sustainable Urban Development Investment Program – Activity 1 (special activities), and the announcement on expression of interest for competition. In this context, the breakdown of consultant’s functions and tasks was discussed at the meeting.

During the exchange of views that followed, the council members came up with proposals and recommendations concerning the point at issue. The preliminary version of the TOR and the announcement on EOI were endorsed together with the proposals voiced at the meeting.

The council next discussed and approved the corresponding independent monitoring entity’s terms of reference, designed under the loan agreement for Sustainable Urban Development Investment Program – Activity 1 (special activities), and the announcement on expression of interest for competition.
