The exhibition will facilitate the development of the construction industry in Armenia.




Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan today participated at the opening ceremony of the 8th specialized international “Construction and Repair EXPO 2011” exhibition.

The traditional annual exhibition is a great incentive for strengthening the business ties of the participating organizations, raising the reputation, business development, as well as for the enrichment of construction market information.

Welcoming the participants of the event, the Prime Minister noted that the organization of the exhibition was carried out with efforts of all the concerned departments. The Prime Minister is positive that the exhibition will promote the construction sector development in Armenia, coming across and establishing new ideas, as well as signing new contracts. “We have serious work to do in the construction sector. I’m sure this event will have its contribution in the field of development.”

More than 100 construction, consulting, designing companies, occupying leading positions in the market, from Turkey, Georgia, Belarus, Ukraine and Iran are presented at the exhibition.

After the opening ceremony the Prime Minister toured the exhibition and booths and observed the products of several dozen companies.
