The north - south road corridor investment program governing council met at the office of Government, chaired by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan,
The meeting approved the results of the bids submitted by arms-length monitoring agencies for the second tranche of Ashtarak-Talin and third tranche of Talin-Giumry road sections. The NSRCIP PIU SNCO was directed to invite the tender winner – the Economic Development Research Center NGO -to present a technical proposal under the project.
The meeting took note of NSRCIP PIU SNCO Executive Director Felix Pirumyan’s report on the memorandum concerning the multistage program funding instrument as drafted by an Asian Bank mission on visit to Armenia from September 13 to 20, 2010.
The council approved the composition of the standing tender result evaluating commission.
