Meeting with representatives of publishing entities

The representatives of publishing companies were today invited to the Office of Government for a consultative meeting which was chaired by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan.

Tax and customs legislation-related questions have been discussed.

The publishers stressed the need of boosting public demand for books. In this context, the head of government suggested organizing book fairs on the sidelines of Cabinet’s outgoing sessions.

Summing up the discussion, the Prime Minister noted that the proposals formulated at the meeting should be submitted in writing.
