The council took note of member reports on the anti-corruption strategy and action plan for 2009-2012. The meeting further decided that in accordance with paragraph 5 of government decree No N1272-N of October 8, 2009 on approval of the 2009-2012 anti-corruption strategy and action plan, findings on the activities carried out in 2009 will have to be submitted by late January, 2010.

Another agenda item was the draft concept note on transparent political activities in Armenia and the corresponding action plan. The stakeholders were told to take up the concept note once again with the EU advisory group and come up with proposals on follow-up action.

The council heard the report on the status of those commitments assumed before the GRECO, following which an assignment was issued for a time-table to be submitted to the Prime Minister in due course.
