Dear Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen!
We are sincerely glad to welcome to our ancient country honorable guests from Russia and, in their person, all Russian people.
Our peoples have gone through a long historical path full of joint victories and challenges that we have overcame together.
A key component of interaction is the cooperation in the field of national security, regional stability and joint counteraction to modern challenges and threats.
We think much of the consecutive and constructive role played by Russia, as co-chairman of the Minsk group of OSCE, in the matter of peace settlement for the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Apart from political economic mutual relationship, an important element of our partnership is Russia
