CIS Inter-parliamentary Assembly Council Secretary-General Mikhail Krotov has sent a congratulatory message to Tigran Sargsyan on his appointment to the office of RA Prime Minister. The message states in part:
"Dear Tigran Surenovich,
On behalf of the CIS Inter-parliamentary Assembly Council, I congratulate you on your appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
I am confident that your activity will be marked by success in Armenia's social and economic development and strengthening of ties in the frame of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
I wish robust health to you, as well as - peace and prosperity - to the Republic Armenia."
