NKR Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan has sent a congratulatory message to Tigran Sargsyan on his appointment to the office of RA Prime Minister. The message states in part:
"Dear Tigran Surenovich!
With all my heart and with great pleasure, I congratulate you on your appointment to the post of RA Prime Minister. Knowing you as a skilled and eminent figure of the financial and economic sphere, I am confident that under your guidance the government of Armenia will carry out effective activities in the years ahead to decide those problems specified in the electoral program of RA President Serzh Sargsyan. Indeed, your competence and diligence will be the best pledge as for Armenia
