Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has sent a congratulatory message to RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan on his election as President of the Republic of Armenia. The message says in part:
"On behalf of the government and the people of Algeria, as well as on my own behalf, I warmly congratulate you on your election to the highest office of your country and wish your every success in your mission.
I take this opportunity to assure of my readiness to cooperate with you for the development of the ties of friendship and cooperation between our two countries, as well as to establish a political dialog over international issues of common interest."

Tunisian President Zein al-Abidi ben Ali has sent a congratulatory message to RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan on his election as President of the Republic of Armenia. The message says in part:
"I am pleased to congratulate you on your election to the high office of President of the Republic of Armenia. I wish success to you, as well as progress and prosperity to the friendly people of Armenia.
I would like to take this opportunity to assure of my readiness to cooperate with you toward further strengthening of the ongoing relations of friendship and interaction between our two countries."
