President of Serbia Boris Tadic has sent a congratulatory message to RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan on his election as President of the Republic Armenia. The message states in part:


"On the occasion of your election as President of Armenia, I write to extend to you my sincere congratulations and best wishes for success in discharge of your responsible duties.


I am certain that the years ahead will be characterized by the continuing deepening of our bilateral ties, established on a firm foundation of mutual understanding and friendship."

President of Kirghiz Republic Kurmanbek Bakyev has sent a congratulatory message to RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan on his election as President of the Republic Armenia. The message states in part:
