The congratulatory message of Prime Minister of the NKR Araik Harutyunyan as addressed to RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan in connection with his victory in Armenia's presidential election states in part:

Your long political and administrative experience and knowledge will help you meet the challenges facing the people of Armenia in the best way, as well as overcome and play a serious role in consolidating the potential of the whole nation for the good of all Armenians.
