Congratulatory messages continue to be received from heads of State, domestic and international organizations and individuals on Serzh Sargsyan's victory in Armenia's presidential election.
In his message, Egyptian President Mohamed Hosny Mubarak stated in particular:
"It is with immense pleasure that I extend to Your Excellency heartfelt congratulations on your winning the presidential elections in the Republic of Armenia.
I take this opportunity to wish you all the best of success in your great assignments for realizing the progress and prosperity your friendly people aspire to."

Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem Archbishop Torgom Manukyan has sent his congratulations and patriarchal blessings to Serzh Sargsyan:
"We thank the Supreme God that He has granted us the opportunity of seeing free and fair presidential elections on our Native land.
Once more, Armenians at Homeland and worldwide were blessed with a promising dawn.

In connection with the election of Serzh Sargsyan to the post of President of the Republic Armenia, congratulatory messages have been received from a number of field offices of Ramkavar-Azatakan Party.
Head of East America and Canada regional department of Ramkavar-Azatakan Party states in part:
