President of the Hellenic Republic Karolos Papoulias has sent a congratulatory message to RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan, which states in part:
"I would like to congratulate you on your election as President of the Republic of Armenia and express my best wishes for success in your high duties, meeting the new challenges that lie ahead.
I am convinced that the traditional ties of friendship that have been forged between our two countries will be further enhanced to the mutual benefit of our two peoples."
