RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister of Georgia Zurab Nogaideli on his birthday which reads as follows:

On behalf of the Government of Republic Armenia and myself, I sincerely wish you a happy birthday.
Prioritizing the development of mutually advantageous ties between the Republic Armenia and Georgia, highly appreciative of your personal contribution to their strengthening, I would like to note especially that the share taken by you in the deepening of relationship between our countries has gone a long way towards the enhancement of the level and quality of our cooperation.
I would like to take this nice opportunity to wish you with all my heart a robust health, personal well-being and further success in your valuable efforts as a statesman, as well as-peace, happiness and prosperity to the friendly people of Georgia.
