Congratulatory messages continue to be received in connection with the appointment of Serzh Sargsyan to the office of RA Prime Minister. The message sent by President of the Federal Republic Brazil Luis Ignacio Lula Da Silva reads as follows, in particular: "Please accept my best wishes for happiness and every success in the exercise of your new responsibilities. I am confident that your presence at the post of Head of Government will promote the further development and strengthening of friendship between two our countries."




Syrian Prime Minister Naji Otri congratulated his Armenian counterpart: "It is my honor to congratulate you warmly on your appointment as Prime Minister of Armenia.




I would like to take this opportunity express confidence that both trade and friendship between Syria and Armenia will continue developing and strengthening to the benefit of our two peoples. I wish robust health, personal well-being and every success to Your Excellency in the exercise of your new responsibilities, as well as sustained progress and prosperity - to friendly people of Armenia."




In the congratulations sent on behalf of the World Bank's top management and staff, WB Vice-President for Europe and Central Asia Shigeo Katsu noted: "Armenia has experienced impressive growth and stability under the reforms carried out by Andranik Margaryan. We are confident that under your leadership Armenia will continue building on these achievements with redoubled energy focused on your country's economic and social development. Please be assured that we are prepared to closely work with you and the Government so as to ensure that the World Bank's program of assistance is in full harmony with the priorities set by your government."




Congratulations have also been received from Chairman of Board of RAO EES Anatoly Chubais: "I would like to express confidence that under your leadership, the Armenian Cabinet of Ministers will provide for your countr's sustained progress along the path of economic reforms which is the pledge of enhanced economic potential and higher living standards for the people of Armenia."




Congratulating Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan on behalf of "Gazprom" OJSC and on his own behalf, Chairman of Board Alexey Miller stated: "I am sure that the ongoing fruitful cooperation between the Republic Armenia and "Gazprom" will further develop and strengthen to promote expansion of mutually advantageous economic relationship between our two countries."
