The members of the housing co-operative approached late Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan in April, 2006 with the request of assisting them to complete the construction of the building. As instructed by the Prime Minister, "Armseismstroy" OJSC carried out a technical survey of the building frame and, based on its findings, design - budget estimate documents were developed needed for the completion of building construction. According to the estimate, 454 million drams, 164 million out of which -on increase the seismic resistance of building structures are required. The building has 30 free apartments.

The Prime Minister tried to find out from the tenants which kind of assistance they expected from the State and they could accept what participation in the decision of the question. Then he promised to meet once again tenants -next time with the purpose of finding concrete decisions.

Later today Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan received a group of former employees of "Armenian Airlines" JSC who had periodically approached the corresponding State authorities with the question of unsettled wage arrears.
