Today the Millenium Challenge Account - Armenia (MCA-Armenia) SNCO and the Water Supply System Development and Reform PIU (WSSD PIU) have signed an agreement at the Office of Government, attended by RA Minister of Territorial Administration Hovik Abrahamyan. The agreement was signed by Executive Director of MCA-Armenia SNCO Ara Hovsepyan and Director of WSSD PIU Adibek Ghazaryan.
In accordance with the agreement, assisted by the WSSD PIU, MCA-Armenia SNCO intends to realize the Infrastructure component of the Irrigated Agriculture sub-program of the MCA-Armenia Program, as well as the Capacity Building sub-component of the From Water to Market component. The agreement will be implemented during a period of 5 years and will have a total budget of USD 2,860,000.
