Today a ministerial meeting referred to as "Improvements in Public Administration and Institutional Reforms" as organized in the framework of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization has been held at Athens, Greece. The topical discussions were attended by Mr. Manouk Topouzyan, RA Minister-Chief of Staff of the Office of Government and Mr. Arthur Manaseryan, head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Office of Government. Mr. Topouzyan has briefed the meeting on the current status and future prospects of the public sector reform processes in Armenia.

The discussions resulted in a joint statement on structural reforms and good governance made by the BSEC member States' Ministers of Justice and the respective ministers responsible for public administration.

Also, an arrangement was reached to set up a working group in the framework of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization. The Greek side has expressed its willingness to support and coordinate the activities of the working group.
