Arayik Harutyunyan chairs the session of the Public Administration Academy Management Board


Arayik Harutyunyan, Chief of the Staff of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Chairman of the Public Administration Academy Management Board, chaired the session of the Management Board of the Academy.

Rector Khachatur Ghazeyan presented the members of the collegial management body of the academy with a report on the activities of the previous year, touching upon all departments. The Rector emphasized that the number of master's and PhD students at the academy has grown dynamically over the past three years. The Rector of the Academy also presented the training process implemented by the academy and emphasized the need to implement more effective educational programs to develop the capabilities of persons holding leadership positions in the public administration system. Khachatur Ghazeyan spoke about certain steps taken to improve the quality of education at the academy, based on the results of surveys conducted by the Academy's Quality Assurance Center to assess the quality and effectiveness of teaching staff. The Rector also emphasized the importance of students' active participation in various educational and scientific processes.

Arayik Harutyunyan stressed the need for scientific research, participation in scholarship programs, implementation of measures aimed at further improving the quality of education, as well as the importance of the steps taken to implement training programs.

The members of the Board positively assessed the report of the Rector of the Public Administration Academy. During the session, the 2026 budget of the Academy was also discussed and approved.
