Arayik Harutyunyan participates in the cancellation of a new stamp collection dedicated to the theme "Famous Armenians: 100th Birth Anniversary of Henrik Malyan"
Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan participated in the cancellation of a new stamp collection dedicated to the theme "Famous Armenians: 100th Birth Anniversary of Henrik Malyan".
The event was also attended by public and cultural figures, as well as fans of the great director's art.
The cancellation of the souvenir sheet was carried out by the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan, Deputy Minister of High-Technological Industry Gevorg Meliksetyan, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Daniel Danielyan, Chief Executive Officer of HayPost Company Shushan Aleksanyan, Director of the Armenian Cinema Foundation Davit Banuchyan, Artistic Director of the Henrik Malyan Film Actor Theater Narine Malyan, President of the Armenian Philatelists Association Hovik Musayelyan.
The souvenir sheet with a face value of 800 AMD depicts the famous Armenian film director, theater director, screenwriter, People's Artist of the Armenian SSR and the USSR Henrik Malyan. The right part of the souvenir sheet depicts a photo from the filming set. The souvenir sheet also features the inscription "Armenian Film Director" in Armenian and English, as well as the stylized inscription "100", symbolizing the 100th anniversary of Henrik Malyan's birth. The author of the design is David Dovlatyan.
