Armenia and France to cooperate in holding the Francophonie Games at a high level
Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan met in Paris with members of a working group consisting of representatives of various French departments, headed by the Interdepartmental Delegate for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Pierre-Antoine Molina.
This meeting marked the start of France-Armenia exchanges aimed at presenting the experience of the Paris 2024 Games and International Major Sports Events (GESI). The experience of the French side will be taken into account in the process of organizing and holding the Francophonie Games in 2027 in Armenia.
Arayik Harutyunyan noted that this experience will be of great importance for the Armenian side in carrying out further work at a high level.
Pierre-Antoine Molina emphasized that they are ready to share technical and practical capabilities, providing necessary assistance to Armenian partners.
The meeting focused on the work carried out so far to organize the Games in Armenia and future steps.
