Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan participates in the event dedicated to the Builder's Day
Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan today participated in the event organized on the occasion of the Builder's Day. Congratulating the builders on their professional holiday, the Deputy Prime Minister highly appreciated their willingness to contribute to the development and progress of the state with their daily responsible work and to be a part of it.
Referring to the unprecedented growth in construction volumes in recent years, Tigran Khachatryan noted that it has contributed to increasing the capabilities of organizations in the sector, including through technical re-equipment and the use of more productive operating methods. The Deputy Prime Minister expressed confidence that the observed qualitative changes will provide a solid foundation for ensuring the continuity of the development of the sector and in the best possible realization of its untapped potential.
Referring to the Government's determination to expand the volume of capital construction, the Deputy Prime Minister reaffirmed that quality work and proper speed of work will continue to be the main prerequisites for participating in the capital programs.
Congratulatory speeches were also made by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan, Chairman of the Urban Development Committee Yeghiazar Vardanyan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Suren Grigoryan, and Chairman of the Builders' Union of Armenia Vahan Harutyunyan.
The speeches were followed by the award ceremony.
