Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan chairs the session of the Urban Development Programs Coordination Council
Today, the regular session of the Urban Development Programs Coordination Council was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan.
During the session, conceptual approaches to the Kond district were presented for the Council's discussion. In this context, both the approaches to preserving urban development identity and heritage, as well as the substantiation from the point of view of economic efficiency and the investment attractiveness were considered.
The projects developed by the Urban Development Committee to improve the legal framework regulating the urban development sector were also discussed, which are aimed at simplifying, clarifying, increasing transparency, reducing the terms of urban development processes, and expanding functions and opportunities on the digital platform.
At the end of the session, the Deputy Prime Minister gave relevant instructions regarding the issues discussed.
