Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan met with Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Vassilis Maragos.

Arayik Harutyunyan noted with satisfaction that Armenia-EU relations are of an intensive nature and in this regard emphasized the EU's consistent support in implementing institutional reforms in our country. The Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of the launch of a dialogue with the EU on visa liberalization, joint programs aimed at developing capacities in various fields, and EU support in forming a new architecture of strategic communication.

The interlocutors exchanged views on Armenia-EU economic cooperation, as well as current programs.
