The Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister receives the Ambassador of Iran to Armenia
Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan received Mehdi Sobhani, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Armenia.
The interlocutors discussed issues related to the continuous development and strengthening of Armenia-Iran relations. The parties attached importance to the active dialogue and communication.
Arayik Harutyunyan and Mehdi Sobhani addressed a number of issues on the agenda of Armenian-Iranian relations.
In particular, issues related to the implementation of joint programs in economy, trade, infrastructure development, healthcare, education, science, culture and other directions were discussed. The sides emphasized the importance of fully utilizing the existing potential in bilateral relations.
