15 senior healthcare workers and 13 paramedical workers provided with a referral to participate in the crediting course within the framework of the state order

Shirak Governor Mushegh Muradyan and Prime Minister's Press Secretary Nazeli Baghdasaryan presented from the Government's "Humanitarian Center" updated data on the programs aimed at supporting people forcibly displaced from Nagorno Karabakh.

Thus, the number of persons forcibly displaced from Nagorno Karabakh is 100,632, the number of registered persons is 96,940, which is almost 97 percent of the forcibly displaced persons.

According to the data presented by the Ministry of Health, 324 people are receiving medical care in different medical institutions of Armenia, 114 of them are in critical condition, 15 are in extremely critical condition, 8 children are in the intensive care unit. 15 senior medical workers and 13 paramedical workers were provided with a referral to participate in a crediting course within the framework of the state order.

According to the data presented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, hotline 114 handled more than 27,000 calls. As a result of those calls, the questions were grouped and answers will be regularly presented from the "Humanitarian Center". Accordingly, some of the questions refer to whether it is also necessary to go through the registration after filling out the questionnaire on primary needs in the Unified Social Service. In response, Nazeli Baghdasaryan noted that these are different processes and reminded that the Migration and Citizenship Service carries out registration, and registration can also be carried out in the settlement where the person is located.

The other question concerns whether the people who moved to Armenia after the 2020 war can benefit from the social support programs offered by the state. In response, Nazeli Baghdasaryan noted that according to the Government's decision, these programs apply to the persons of the September 19-20 military operations and to those persons who were forcibly displaced to the Republic of Armenia after September 24.

The next question was about what to do in the absence of documents, to which the Prime Minister's press secretary stated that it’s necessary to go to the Passport Departments of the Migration and Citizenship Service to find a solution to that issue.

Once again presenting the process of receiving one-time assistance of 100,000 AMD, the press secretary noted that those who have bank cards will receive this amount in the next few days, and those who do not have bank cards should approach any nearby bank (except Mellat and Fast banks) and open a bank card account, after which they will receive the amount. Opening a bank card account and issuing a card will be free of charge. After opening a bank card account, there is no need to submit it to the Unified Social Service, it is enough just to approach the bank and open a card account. In the families with minor children, there is a need to access the platform of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, where the child's mother or guardian must fill in the details of the child's birth certificate, so that these details are linked to the mother's or guardian's data and the money is transferred to the mother's or guardian's account.
