Two Arrangements Signed At Government

On July 18, two agreements were signed in the Office of Government. The first one involves the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Healthcare, on the one hand, and Global Medical Solutions CJSC, on the other. The second arrangement was signed between the Armenia National Competitiveness Foundation (ANCF) and McKinsey &Co. The signing ceremony was followed by a GPC-hosted joint press conference.

The first agreement implies implementing a modern in-patient oncology center investment project in Armenia to enable the diagnosis and treatment of cancer diseases in line with international standards.

Global Medical Solutions CJSC is going to invest USD12-14 million in the proposed state-of-the-art project that will result in at least 150 medical beds and some 200 new jobs.

Under the arrangement signed between the ANCF and McKinsey & Co, the parties will combine their efforts to develop highly competitive and sustainable air transport services in our country.

As stated by ANCF Executive Director Arman Khachaturyan, strong with long experience in this field, McKinsey & Co will submit proposals and recommendations to make the system more competitive.
