Minister Of Emergency Situations Comments On Audit Chamber’s Report

5 paragraphs in the Audit Chamber’s report refer to the Ministry of Emergency Situations. This is what Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Yeritsyan told today’s GPC-hosted news conference, adding that some of the problems have already been discussed and cleared up with the Audit Chamber’s experts.

The speaker advised that part of the outstanding inspection-induced penalties have been settled, with some controversial decisions sent to the court for further consideration. Developments will be kept under the Minster’s personal control.

Those guilty for breaches have been punished and the ones doing good job have been awarded incentives.

“Some materials have been sent to the Office of Prosecutor-General and other law enforcement authorities," Mr. Yeritsyan said, adding that his ministry has been and will be working with all the agencies concerned, including the Audit Chamber.
